Our Vision

The SSAIL Center is leading the development of new interventions to promote independence and increase our client’s overall wellbeing and quality of life through increased participation in the community, workforce, and interpersonal relationships.

 

Our Values

Client and culturally centered practice: We aim to collaborate with our clients to consistently tailor our approach to incorporate their values and meet their individual goals. 

Inclusive: We welcome and strive to provide a safe, affirming environment for clients, their families, and our staff, honoring and celebrating diversity in all its forms. We provide services to clients with a variety of diagnostic and presenting concerns that encompass all forms of neurodiversity. Every client is welcomed and valued, regardless of identity, background, or ability. We recognize the vital role families play and strive to create a safe, supportive environment for all family members. We honor diversity in family structures, identities, and experiences. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where every staff member feels respected, supported, and empowered. We implement treatment protocols in the manner in which they were designed and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our outcomes.
